customer adheres to
- TCP/IP, ensure the service is functioning properly
- Quarterly analysis of the iSeries security audit logs with reporting to the
customer
- Apply an IBM service pack twice a year to be scheduled with the customer,
usually off hours
- PTF analysis, determine if a PTF is relevant to your system
- CPU utilization, respond to or escalate based on the customer
requirements
